The customer
SAATI is an Italian multinational that develops, manufactures and markets high-precision technical fabrics and substances for industrial uses.
Such uses including printing, the production of chemicals, filtration, protective products and composites for textile, graphics, electronics, medical, automotive and construction industries.
Needs
The company needed a new, more structured and precise monitoring system that would allow it greater data processing flexibility. The system had to be more articulated, drawing data directly from the loom and right along the line, and interfacing it with the other company production systems.
The project
The just Monitoring module was proposed, which immediately differentiated itself from the existing system by its clarity, flexibility and richness of details, as well as the many possibilities it offers for managing technical data and data processing.
Hardware solutions were also introduced that view images, graphics and videos more directly and instantaneously.

In SAATI we started this project because felt the need to manage our production in a more articulated way, getting data starting from the machine and then make those information interact with other productive systems of the company. A PC gives the possibility to display images, graphs and videos and it’s so different from the previous small and dated terminal conceived in a different way.
