Roncoroni is a leading papermaking company that, over the years, has specialized in the manufacture of special laminates for packaging and insulation industries.
With a keen eye on technological developments, the company has always invested in R&D, in order to improve the performance of applications and solutions, and develop innovative techniques for the lamination and coating of a wide range of materials.

Needs

The customer wanted to both optimize data collection and improve performance through the introduction of new production processes monitored in real-time.

The project

Leveraging Industry 4.0 tax benefits, the just Monitoring and just Planning modules were integrated into Roncoroni’s corporate and production infrastructure, digitalizing the production line and data collection, and creating instant and effective connections between all departments. The project made it possible to effectively plan production activities, warehouse management, and all corporate reporting.
