Needs
The customer needed to leverage technological development to optimize work shift productivity.
In particular, it was looking for a system capable of detecting inefficiencies in production yields, and updating rolling cycle times to adjust for variations in retooling and production planning.
The project
Consultancy was carried out to develop a MES-based production automation system that interfaces with the ERP systems and the various types of machinery on the customer’s shop floor.
This project saw an implementation of the just Monitoring module.
