Korsda Global is the world leader in reinforcing materials for tire, composite and construction industries. Over the years, it has dominated the market in Turkey and beyond by accumulating know-how and developing a strategic approach to the tire reinforcement market.
Needs
The company decided to embark on a Global Shopfloor Project to optimize, modernize and digitalize operations and processes in its tire cord fabric (TCF) production.
The project
The project began with the standardization of data collection processes, the introduction of data consolidation and monitoring systems, and integration of machine-machine Big Data and market analysis. Kordsa then decided to install latest generation technological products within the production area, including: PLCs, industrial PCs, industrial LCD TV screens, and mobile devices. The hardware installations were then integrated with the just Monitoring module in 6 countries, across 5 continents.

We first started with Turkey and then we travelled all around the world together: Egypt, Brasil, USA, Indonesia, Thailand. We have visited some of these countries more than once.
